 - Theobroma Cacao - from the mother country of Peru in South America. This sacred healing medicine has been used for thousands of years amongst the natives who would sit in ceremony and gratitude for the drink known as "the food of the gods".

Think of Cacao as a healthy form of chocolate that gives you clarity of mind and peace in your heart.

Organically nutrient dense, cacao is a natural and therefore bio available form of many nutrients including magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, calcium and selenium plus more

Cacao is also abundant in theobromine which is a powerful vasodilator, widening arteries and boosting blood flow. Theobromine has also been shown to improve mood, focus and possibly has an aphrodisiac effect.

15g - 40g serves depending on your preferred strength.

Preparation - set aside a little time to lovingly prepare your cacao. Add your preferred serving to a small saucepan with 300ml of filter water (or milk for a creamier finish) Very gently warm through until your cacao has melted. DO NOT BRING TO BOIL (this disrupts the cacaos benefits) Then in a heat proof blender - blend until frothy. Serve in your favourite ritual mug and enjoy.
