Vegan Essentials delivers plant-based omega-3s, EPA and DHA, derived from sustainably sourced algae. Vegan Essentials has been formulated to support people on a vegetarian and vegan diet by delivering omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), as well vitamin D, vitamin B12, and iodine, nutrients which are commonly deficient in vegan diets.

Vegan Essentials provides a sustainable form of omega-3 fatty acids. The algal omega-3 oil is manufactured using a fermentation process that allows for a clean, plant-based product, which is low in heavy metals and environmental contaminants.

Adults: 1-2 softgel capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Children from age 12+: 1 softgel capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
